Upon purchasing from www.brooklynbodybutter.com I agree to all of these terms and conditions.
- I understand that all sales of Brooklyn Body Butter are final
- I understand that Due to the nature of Brooklyn Body Butter products, refunds/exchanges are not issued.
- I understand there are no refund/exchanges if I am not satisfied with the scent.
- I understand that once an order has been placed changes cannot be made.
- I understand all processing and shipping policies. (5-7 business days for processing and shipping)
- I understand that Brooklyn Body Butter is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- I understand that damaged products must be reported with 48 hours of receiving package.
- I understand that Brooklyn Body Butter is not responsible for products that melt in transit. Products that melt in transit are still safe to use and will solidify once they are at a stable room temperature. It will not have the same whipped like texture but, the body butter will still give you the same great benefits.
