US SHIPPING

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 5-7 business days (business days does not include weekends) unless otherwise noted in description of product. All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Please be mindful that UPS may be experiencing delays that are beyond the control of Brooklyn Body Butter resulting in receiving your package 2-5 business days after your tracking information has been sent. 

• Brooklyn Body Butter is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. 
• Orders that are returned to sender because of incorrect address will result in the customer paying the reshipping fee or a store credit less the value of shipping. 
• Brooklyn Body Butter is not responsible for products that melt in transit. Products that melt in transit are still safe to use and will solidify once they are at a stable room temperature. It will not have the same whipped like texture but, the body butter will still give you the same great benefits.
